DATA ACQUISITION & SURVEY DESIGN
We have many years of experience in the design and management of scientific data acquisition. Optimal UAS design and payload integration solutions. Survey geometries and flown grid design. Altitude, sample density and drape mode terrain following. Data sampling, storage, on board processing and real time data sample transmission solutions. Micro electronics design for systems integrity and redundancy considerations.
PERMIT APPLICATION SUPPORT
The UK CAA is the scrutineer of our Operational Safety Case procedures and accompanying document set in support of all flight activity in the UK. Permissions allow for BVLOS operations in the UK at selected locations and otherwise EVLOS or VLOS dictated by the circumstance of a particular location. Similar processes exist in international jurisdictions in which we operate commercial surveys. UAVE Limited will assist in your successfully Permit to Fly application process where ever you operate.
OPERATIONS
Typical field crew will comprise of two persons – a UAV safety pilot and a ground station operator. The same two persons can assemble the aircraft from the ruggedized transit case and be ready for flight operations within 60 minutes.
PILOT TRAINING
UAVE Limited is a UK Civil Aviation Authority approved rotary and fixed wing drone PfCO (pilot for Commercial Operations) training provider.
Training comprise a combination of formal classroom lectures, structured in the field practical flying and on-the-job training. Students initially working in a support capacity to an established field crew and eventually operate solo as a fully capable field crew. If a long term service provision for the use of the Prion is required, we aim to facilitate establishing and the continued support of such a turn key arrangement
DELIVERING INNOVATION
Prion Mk3 is a unique UAV platform that can perform multi-sensor acquisition covering large areas, due to its long flight endurance characteristics and payload carrying capabilities. There is total of 47,7L of payload space located in two different compartments within the fuselage.
We are constantly configuring and testing new scientific devices and other payloads for different applications.
